How the estimates work

Transparent assumptions you can replace

01

Energy cost

Battery consumption is adjusted for weather and driving pattern, then charging losses are added: 10% at home and 7% at public charging.

02

Range

The selected car’s planning range is adjusted by a simple seasonal and route factor. Speed, wind, tires, load and battery health can change the result.

03

Charging time

Time uses the lower of the car’s AC limit and your charger power. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed charging curve.

Planning tool, not a vehicle specification. Vehicle data varies by country, model year and software. Confirm battery, connector and charging limits in the owner’s manual. Electricity, fuel and public-network fees must be entered by you.
